It works great,better then any other app I've tried! But sometimes the location won't show until hours later. If you haven't checked in a while, sometimes the location wont evn show. It seems like you have to constantly keep looking in on a member to get accurate details. If u look at the history sometimes it will say "location unknown" ..and idk y they give an option to change location details but they do. But it's still better then the other apps! Nice work! Thank you!

This used to be a great app. Now it won't update locations or show on maps. No settings have changed and I have confirmed battery is unrestricted, location is always, and wifi is on, etc. for everyone in my circle. It is the app, not the end user. Look at the all the reviews with the same issue. I have contacted support many times and done everything they suggested. Nothing had helped.

It is fairly good. At times, I have trouble understanding why short interruptions happen. It is likely due to how the app responds to cell service and wi-fi changes as the phones being tracked move through different areas. As expected, in cities with high rises and more rural areas with fewer cell towers service tends to fluctuate. Also, as a parent using it for tracking children, it is important to be balanced about it and not stalk your children. They need space and understanding.
